Pat Tray will be teaching a workshop for adult students Wednesday, March 10th, from 6:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. There will not be any other adult classes during this time frame. The mat will be open to BJJ students who want to practice or roll at 8:30 p.m. [more]

General Driving Directions

From I-95 Southbound (from Washington, D.C.):

  • Take Exit 156 (Dale City/Rippon Landing). Bear right towards Dale City, continue exiting to the right towards Potomac Mills.
  • Merge to the left lane, passing Potomac Mills Rd.
  • Turn right at the light onto Gideon Dr.
  • Merge into the left-most lane.
  • Make a left at the light onto Smoketown Road. Prince William Square Shopping Center is on the left.
  • Continue to the next light and turn left into shopping center.
  • Trident Academy is located approximately 100 yards to the left of Dairy Queen.

From I-95 Northbound (from Richmond):

  • Take Exit 156 (Dale City/Rippon Landing).
  • After exiting for Dale City, you will be on Dale Blvd. Proceed to the first light, take a right onto Gideon Dr.
  • At the second light, take a left onto Smoketown Road. Prince William Square Shopping Center is on the left.
  • Continue to the next light and turn left into shopping center.
  • Trident Academy is located approximately 100 yards to the left of Dairy Queen.
